Umesh Chandra Sapkota

Mr. Umesh Chandra Sapkota is a Founding Director and Company Coordinator of Global Agro Products Pvt. Ltd. With nearly three decades of experience in Nepal's finance and poultry sectors, he has made significant contributions to the growth and development of the poultry industry and continues to play an active role in the strategic management of Global Agro Group.

He currently serves as the Chairman of Global Hatchery Pvt. Ltd. and Global Birds Pvt. Ltd., and as a Director of Global Transportation Pvt. Ltd., Global Investment Pvt. Ltd., and GAP Marketing Pvt. Ltd. Prior to joining the Group, he served in several key roles across various poultry organizations for many years, gaining extensive experience in the poultry industry.

He has played an active role in various professional organizations. Currently, he serves as the President of the Central Committee of the Nepal Feed Industries Association and is a member of the Nepal Poultry Federation. Previously, he served as the First Vice President of the Nepal Egg Producers' Association.

Mr. Sapkota studied Master of Commerce at Tribhuvan University, Nepal. Throughout his professional career, he has visited numerous countries, including India, Thailand, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, China, South Korea, Malaysia, the United States, Belgium, Germany, Hungary, Austria, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Bangladesh, Turkey, Italy, Qatar, Australia, Canada, Indonesia, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, the United Kingdom, and the Philippines, gaining valuable international exposure to business and industry practices.
